Frazzica Productions cast and crew would like to thank the wonderful people of Alice Springs for their support and help in ensuring our first 1320X Australia Drag Racing Television series was a success. A big thanks to Lasseters Hotel Casino staff, volunteers, sponsors, CADRA, racers and Guy Watts for taking a chance and supporting our event. We are now able to reveal that we have booked and secured our next Alice Springs event. This will be a 2 day event on SATURDAY 17 JULY - 18 JULY 2010 at ALICE SPRINGS INLAND DRAGWAY. 1320 X REPORT -SATURDAY 18TH JULY- FROM CADRA The filming of the new Drag Racing TV series 1320 X Australia was a great success on the weekend. Film crews were wandering around the pits, talking to racers and making sure they didn't miss any of the action. 58 competitors made their way to the track and made sure the film crews had some great action footage. We look forward to having them come again next year. Running on the quarter was a bit different for me; my first time in 15 years. It is so long after only 1/8th mile meetings recently! Congratulations to all involved, and we'll be back next year!

We hope to get some video up early next week and will be off to the USA to catch up with Pullin Television. We are now planning 3 more events in Australia for 2009 and a full schedule of 6 or more in 2010. Regards Joe

Comment by George Konidaris on July 21, 2009 at 9:28pm: Very first run on the day and conditions were great, ran a PB of 10.32 et @ 131mph....but aren't eliminations a beeyartch! Oh well, still had an awesome time!! Congrats to 1320X and all CADRA volunteers. See you in a fortnight!! :)

Who would'a thunk we'd be on a TV show here in Alice Springs, a few years ago we had no drag strip at all! Thanks 1320X and to all the tireless CADRA volunteers and sponsors!

Shame about your car Sean, and yeh sucks about my wheelie bar on the quad, but at least it broke cause i had too much power :p hehe.
